四積陰德的範圍可以很廣，意即不做傷天害理的惡事，不以利某私等。

 

相反的便要多做善事，去幫一切你有能力並需要幫助的人。外間一般的隨心而出的去做善事是絕對的讚，功德無量也！

 

若社會上有頭有臉的大人物隨手就可百萬千萬的捐款、好大的功德主喔？但我可以告訴你們，若其只是為了社會上提升面子，要人提起拇指的稱讚他是大善人的話，不好意思、一點兒功德都沒有了。

 

說到這裡，看官們應都可以清楚了解到「積陰德」的重點所在就是真正的出心，想別人好的訊息是由衷的發自內心。

 

天地間也為之動容了。

 

The scope of practising the yin virtues can be very wide, including not to do sins that harm nature and others, especially for one own’s interests. The more we want something for our own interest, the harder we could get it. 

 

 Conversely, it means to do good deeds to help those who are in need within one’s own capability. Furthermore, it must be done from the bottom of one’s heart which is absolutely something to be applauded. The doer will definitely gain boundless merits from his act.

 

 However, if a powerful and influential millionaire donated enormous sums of money, can he be considered as a philanthropist? Absolutely not! if he did that just for the sake of increasing his reputation in the society and that his intention was to be praised as a benevolent donor. He would definitely not be able to gain any merits.

 

Having said that, now you should be able to clearly understand what “Yin Virtue” is?  It means practicing good deeds truly and sincerely from the bottom of one's heart and, to think of others’ best interest.

 

Therefore, the world will surely be touched by this act.
