雷天大壯


如果問事，這是很差的卦，似成功實不能成功。


一切只是雷聲大雨點小的虚象。


給人感覺，就快到终點，但最後是

失敗。


曾經我替客人抽到這張牌，我告訴

他見好就收和預備後備的方案。


人生遇到不少虛像。如果能事先洞悉先機，及早預防，才能減少損

失。


In this article, I would like to share my last favorite hexagram, the Great Strength Hexagram.


It's a bad hexagram if you ask any matters. This hexagram seems very successful but in fact, it is the other way round.


Everything is exactly a virtual image of the thunder but just drizzling.


It feels like the end is approaching, but the result is a failure.


I once casted this hexagram for a client, and I told him to accept all the good at the moment and prepared for a downfall soon to come.


There are many illusions in life. Losses can only be reduced if we can gain insight beforehand and prevent the losses in advance.

中秋節的「祭月」Worshipping the moon during Mid-Autumn Festival

  (The English version is available below)     相信大家月餅吃過不少，兒時也一定玩過花燈；但是大家試過「祭月」嗎？   「祭月」在中國是一種十分古老的習俗，是古人對「月神」的一種崇拜活動，這就是所謂「秋暮夕月」。   古人早已察覺到「月到中秋分外圓」的自然變化，所以在中秋前後「祭月」和「拜月」的活動由來已久。   《禮記》：「天子春朝日，秋夕月。朝日已朝，夕月以夕。」「夕月」即是拜月的意思。全句意思為周天子在春分之日祭太陽，秋分之日祭月，祭太陽的時分在清晨，而祭月的時分是在傍晚（夕月以夕）。   古代的人民以務農為主，農事和季節變化的關係非常密切，而一年中的秋季，農曆八月中旬，又是豐收的黃金季節。   「秋」字原本就有「禾穀熟」的意思。人民辛辛苦苦，終於等到收穫，於是家家戶戶都設酒備菜，祈求農耕順利，以及為了答謝神祇的護佑，而舉行了一系列儀式和慶祝活動，古代稱為「秋報」。   這就是拜月習俗的開始。由周天子每年秋分祭月的習慣中繼承下來的。   從古至今，在廣東部分地區，人們都會有中秋晚上拜祭月神（拜月娘、拜月光）的習俗，先設大香案，擺上月餅、西瓜、蘋果、紅棗、李子、葡萄等祭品，並在月下把「月神」牌位放在面向月亮的那個方向，紅燭高燃，全家人依次拜祭月亮，祈求福佑。   祭月賞月，託月追思，表達了人們對人、事的美好祝願。祭月作為中秋節重要的祭禮之一，從古代延續至今，逐漸演化為民間的賞月、頌月活動，同時也成為現代人渴望團聚、寄託對生活美好願望的主要形態。   大家有興趣在今年的中秋節一試「祭月」嗎？   Commonly, the Mid-Autumn Festival celebrations are enjoying mooncakes and playing with lanterns, but has anyone tried 'worshipping the Moon'?   '’Worshipping the Moon' is an ancient practice in Chin...

  中秋與養生 Mid Autumn Festival and Health Care (The English version is available below)   倘若大家是八字學的愛好者，一定知道秋天以申酉戌作代表，申是七月，酉是八月，戌是九月。申酉戌同屬西方，西方又以金為代表。金是鋒利的，所以有時秋天的涼風會讓我們有一點金風刮面的感覺。   踏進秋天，炎熱的氣溫並不會立時退去，雖然偶有秋風，但氣溫仍然十分炎熱， 故有爭秋奪暑之稱。大家如果想在嚴冬來臨前先調理身體一下，便要注意以下幾點： 1.     降火去燥：在這個由熱轉涼的交替時期，夏季儲存在體內的熱量不易散發，加上秋天天氣乾爽，人體容易有虛火，產生「秋燥」，而有喉嚨腫痛、臉上長痘等上火症狀。大家應該注意降火去燥，調節作息時間，多吃蔬菜水果。 2.     滋陰潤肺：秋季養生要注意養肺，可吃些滋陰潤肺的食物，如白木耳、甘蔗、燕窩、梨、芝麻、藕、豆漿、核桃、糯米等。少食辛辣、煎炸或燒烤類食物，以免傷害肺氣。 3.     健脾養胃：經過一個夏天，吃多了冰涼的食物，脾胃功能相對較弱；加上「白露」過後天氣轉涼，容易損傷脾胃，因此秋季飲食不能忽略健脾養胃的重要，要多吃補脾入肺經的白色食物，如白木耳、甘蔗、燕窩、梨、芝麻、藕、豆漿、核桃、糯米等。   As Bazi fans, we definitely know that autumn is represented by the zodiac of monkey (Shen), Rooster (You) and Dog (Xu).
