  (The English version is available below)   中秋節作為一個備受中國人重視的節日，大家對怎樣慶祝中秋節一定不會感到陌生，但你知道其由來嗎？原來中秋節源自天象崇拜，是由上古時代的秋夕祭月演變而來。   祭月是中國一種十分古老的習俗，一些地方的古人會對崇拜「月神」。廿四節氣中的「秋分」，其實便是古老的「祭月節」。   根據中國曆法，農曆八月在秋季的七、八、九月中間，是秋季的第二個月，因此稱為「仲秋」。而 八月十五日 又剛好在「仲秋」的中間，所以稱為「中秋」。   中秋節由傳統的「秋分祭月」演變而成，祭月是民間節日重要的祭禮之一，亦逐漸演化出賞月、頌月等大家都曾經參與過的應節活動。   我們會連續 3 個星期，繼續跟大家分享與中秋有關的「祭月」崇拜、養生及八字資訊。   如果大家對以上內容有興趣，請點贊及分享給朋友，下星期再見！     The Mid-Autumn Festival is a noteworthy festival for the Chinese and we believe that everyone is familiar with its celebration, but do you know its origin? (The English version is available below)   上回説到四積陰德五讀書，讀書在古代卻可籍由功名提取社會地位，最少在一般群眾之上當起父母官，從而衣食無憂光顯祖宗，不失為一能改變命運的實在方法。   但自己能讀是否即能被考中金磅提名，扶搖直上從此平步青雲？   讀好書是自己的本分，考好試卻是臨場環境的因素。往往一考數屆，以前是辰戍丑未年才有考即三年一次。   靠讀書之途而改變自己可真要好好規劃安排一番。畢竟古時壽數才 50 左右，一半欲拿去換取功名地位，人生卻是苦短呀～   In the previous articles, we discussed doing good deeds and working hard on studies. (The English version is available below)   四積陰德的範圍可以很廣，意即不做傷天害理的惡事，不以利某私等。   相反的便要多做善事，去幫一切你有能力並需要幫助的人。外間一般的隨心而出的去做善事是絕對的讚，功德無量也！   若社會上有頭有臉的大人物隨手就可百萬千萬的捐款、好大的功德主喔？但我可以告訴你們，若其只是為了社會上提升面子，要人提起拇指的稱讚他是大善人的話，不好意思、一點兒功德都沒有了。   說到這裡，看官們應都可以清楚了解到「積陰德」的重點所在就是真正的出心，想別人好的訊息是由衷的發自內心。   天地間也為之動容了。   The scope of practising the yin virtues can be very wide, including not to do sins that harm nature and others, especially for one own’s interests.
